Terms of Use — NickFB

These terms of use apply when you use NickFB’s name preview, symbol trays and guides for your Facebook profile, nickname, bio or anywhere else. By using the site you agree to them. NickFB is an independent site and is not part of Facebook or Meta.

What NickFB offers

NickFB provides free stylish-name previews made of public Unicode characters, verdicts on whether a style is likely to pass Facebook’s name review, and written guides. We may change or remove features at any time.

What you may and may not do

• You may copy any style or symbol for your own profile, posts, chats and bios.
• Do not copy our lists, guides or images in bulk to republish elsewhere.
• Do not use names to impersonate another person, a public figure, a brand or Facebook staff, or to harass anyone.
• Do not use NickFB to get around Facebook’s rules, hide your identity or defeat a verification request. The verdicts exist to help you follow the rules.
• Do not run automated tools that overload the site.

What you send us

Name results, symbols or names you email us may be reviewed and published to update a verdict, without your name or email. Names typed into the preview may appear in anonymous popular-name statistics. We may refuse or remove any submission.

Not affiliated with Meta

Facebook, Messenger and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Stylish letters are public Unicode characters, not fonts. NickFB is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta.

Limits of responsibility

• A “passes” verdict is our best reading of Facebook’s published rules and reported results; Facebook makes the final decision and its review can change.
• We are not responsible if Facebook rejects a name, limits name changes or asks you to confirm your identity.
• How a character looks depends on the device; some phones show an empty box.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We prefer to resolve any dispute by email first.
